If all doctors would write a prescription right on that small prescription pad that reads “NO MORE SUGAR!!!”, maybe that would prompt more people to take a look at their unhealthy toxic diets. Sugar has been referred to as “suicide in a spoon” and soda is known as “osteoporosis in a can”. If you would push that chocolate cake away (or take just a very small taste) and remember that all those baked goods, the processed foods, almost everything you eat contains unhealthy amounts of sugar. And if that doesn’t alarm you, consider that your body has to pull nutrients from your immune system in order to digest all that sugar. So you are literally removing all the tools that nature put there to protect your body. Get that sugar out of your life right now! You will see the difference immediately in terms of more energy, a more positive outlook on life, a chance to live that healthier life, and of course that brass ring – weight loss…….! Enough said – just do it!

I wish the title of your article read “Whole Foods (not the grocery chain) – God’s Pharmacy” because my initial reaction when I read the title was that someone was referring to the grocery chain as “God’s Pharmacy” in which I was ready to protest at length. The good news is that caused me to read the article, which turned out to be very interesting! Thanks for sharing.
